Affirmations for self love can be such an important practice of your process to learning how to love yourself, and they are great for your confidence as well!

Affirmations are most effective when they are repeated regularly, preferably out loud, ideally in the mirror. but regardless of how you practice your affirmations, I am sure they will work.
Affirmations for self love are designed to rewire your brain to love yourself more, to see what an amazing person you are, and how worthy you are of your life, of love, and of everything else you could want.
They work to create different belief patterns. The things we repeatedly say to ourselves get stored in our brains, and they create the vision we have of ourselves, and the frame through which we see things. So if you keep saying how you’re worthless, you don’t deserve to be loved or to have nice things, eventually your brain starts to believe that and the world around you will reflect that.
