This 30 day self improvement challenge is the perfect place to start if you want to get to know yourself a bit better, want to explore a little bit, or are trying to get yourself back on track.
Often times, we are looking for a fresh start. whether that is at the beginning of the year, or somewhere randomly in the middle, this personal development challenge is set up to help you do just that.
This challenge contains 30 tasks, some short, some a bit longer. Of course it is up to you to follow it as it is, but you might want to switch some things to accomodate your schedule.
Before we start, I want to emphasize that there is nothing wrong with wanting to improve yourself, but it is not a one-stop-solution if you don’t love yourself. So if you don’t love yourself and want to change yourself for that reason, take a look at this post first!

- Set your intentions if you haven’t already.
- Prepare a healthy breakfast
- Dry brush before you shower
- Read 1 chapter of a non-fiction book
- Pick 3 of these journal questions and write down your answers
- Make a gratitude list
- Clean an area of your home
- Create a budget for yourself
- Make a visionboard for this year
- Call a loved one
- Meditate for 10 minutes
- Skip your latte and donate $5 to a good cause of your choice instead
- Pick your biggest goal and plan how you are going to achieve it
- Do a random act of kindness
- Follow this tapping video
- Do something your future self will be grateful for
- Journal for 10 minutes
- Write down 5 reasons to love yourself.
- What do you want to improve on? Find a way to start on that today
- Who do you admire and why? What can you learn from their example?
- Write a list of activities and things that bring you joy. Save it for a rainy day.
- Do one thing you keep procrastinating
- Declutter an area of your home
- Watch the sunset or sunrise
- Buy yourself a little treat
- Wake up 30 minutes earlier and drink your coffee in peace
- Dance party! Turn up the volume and dance for at least 2 of your favorite songs
- Try a new recipe
- Go for an hour (or more) walk outside
