Previously I wrote a post with 50 journal prompts for self-discovery, as well as the benefits of journaling for mental health. As they are some of my most popular articles, I wanted to elaborate a bit on it, and give you some daily journal prompts for self-reflection!
Regular self-reflection can really help propel your life forward and move it into the right direction – whatever that is for you.
It will help you understand who you are, what your priorities are, how you react to situations and where you can improve.
You can answer these questions pretty quickly, but I want to urge you to think about it. I find especially gratitudes can become the same after a while, but really think about the last 24 hours, and try to think of new things every time.
By doing this regularly (hence the daily self-reflection), you can make sure you’re really moving your life forward and you are building your dream life. Consider the question before you write down the answer,
