So what are those things you need for your home office decor?
Desk organizer
An organized desk is a happy desk. And if it looks nice, an even happier you!
This first set is great if you have a bigger desk. I love the wire design, and it is available in four colors; rose gold, white, black and silver. It has a pen cup, sticky note holder, a letter sorter, a letter tray and a file organizer. The complete office organization package!
I love this second one because of it’s size, and it comes in so many colors! Perfect if you have a smaller desk and don’t need a lot of things. It’s the perfect size to hold your pens, some notecards and accessoires like paperclips, business cards or push pins. Perfect for the minimalist desk.
This third one is so good if you have a lot of pens, pencils or markers. So easy to organize with these little pen holders. As they’re separate you can also choose to use one in your office, one in the kitchen for utensils and one in your bathroom for cotton swabs or hair accessoires. Super multi-functional and easy to clean, as it’s all plastic!
The last one is definitely the most glam. With the gold wire design and rounded edges, it really reminds me of the 1920/30s or a bit art-deco maybe? For the luxury girlboss who wants to surround herself with beautiful things, this organizer is not only functional but also very aesthetically pleasing.
Plants
While plants may not seem like things you need for your home office, they are great for your mood and are proven to increase productivity as they produce oxygen, which keeps your brain awake and alert!
Succulents and rose gold, is there a combination more stylish? I don’t think so. These succulents are fake so you’ll never have to worry about keeping them alive.
If you’re up for it, here are some adorable real succulents in their cute little pots. Is it obvious I like succulents? These will add a fresh pop of green to your office, and produce that extra oxygen your brain needs.
If you want to add some fabulous flowers to your home office decor, get some peonies. Whether they are real or fake, peonies are always stunning. They’ll be lovely year round and add a classy, touch to your office.
Is there anything more classic than roses? White and pink mixed roses will look so beautiful and luxurious on your desk, and make you happy whenever you look at them. Add a spark of joy with these beautiful flowers.

Wall decor
I think a home office decor round up would not be complete without some beautiful wall decor. Whether it’s just pretty or also motivational, here are my favorites.
I love these prints! They are fun and motivating, and would look so nice above a desk! These are so good because the’re not limited to the office, and are really good as younger, more stylish home office decor.
The classic letterboard, reinvented! With a rose gold frame and a felt inside, this is the more feminine, elegant take on the black/white plastic letterboard. The set comes with 340 letters, numbers and emojis to make your letterboard all your own.
These minimal posters are so beautiful, and have great messages. You can hang all of them in your office, but can also decide to spread them around your home. Great reminders for those important things we should do every day, and they make beautiful home office decor items!
A moon phase garland may not be one of the first things you need for your home office, but it sure is beautiful. I would love to have this hang over my desk, to remind me that life is fluid and every changing. If you’re a bit more on the spiritual side, or simply love the moon, this is a perfect piece of home office decor.
Planners
One of the things you need for your home office is a planner. I feel like a planner can make you so much more productive, and is a must have for any home office.
I like having a weekly planner on my desk as I’m reminded of my to-dos at all times. I have a tendency to forget what I’m supposed to be doing if I don’t see it all the time, so this is perfect for me. This one is so beautiful as well, so it would even add a decorative touch to your desk!
Along with that goes this daily planner. It allows you to plan everything a bit more detailed, and is perfect if you have a busy day with meetings or other obligations. It allows you to track your water and meals, and has a section for today’s accomplishments, which I think is a lovely touch and a great thing to focus on as well!
The Day Designer is my favorite planner and I use their printables all the time. I love that their weekly view has a schedule and a to-do column, so you can stay super organised. A lovely touch is that they have some life planning pages to make sure you are creating the life you want!
Last is this Bloom life coach planner, and I might be in love with the cover. but behind that cover is so much value! This planner is also designed to create your dream life but takes it a step further. It has heavy quality paper, metal enforced edges and access to a whole bunch of printable sheets in their online community. The planner has monthly goal setting pages, vision board pages and vision planner pages. This might just be my next favorite!
Practical solutions
These items may not be very sexy, but they are probably some of the most necessary things you need for your home office
Is there anything more practical but necessary than an extension cord? I have an extention cord in pretty mcuh every room of my house, but especially in my home office. This one is stylish because of the blue cord, but of course functional as ever.
A desk lamp is an absolute necessity. This one is super functional as it’s not only a desk lamp, but also a wireless charger for your phone, and it has a USB port. That means you can charge two things from your desk lamp! It is also super adjustable in height and angle, and has adjustable brightness.
I love my discbound notebook, especially how flexible it is. In europe we usually have 2, 4 or 23 ring binders, and a discbound notebook is a novelty. I love it so much more though! It feels sturdier, and is easier to adapt to your wishes. You can make it bigger or smaller by changing the discs, can easily change the front cover, and with the accompanying hole punch you can put anything in it you want!
These staedtler triplus fineliners are the holy grail of pens. If I had to choose between these and my other favorites, the Pilot G-2 pens, I’d go with th staedtler ones because of the color options. This pack has enoigh colors to give you a good variety, and can be set on your office for easy access.
