Part 1 of your self care day:
Physical health
Let your self care Sunday begin on Saturday evening, by preparing everything you need. Pack a gym bag or lay out your clothes so you can put them on when you get up.
The best way to start is with a workout. do whatever you want, as long as you move your body! You could go for a walk, go to thegym, do yoga in your living room or anything else you like that gets your blood pumping.
After your workout, it’s time to take a shower or a bath. Bring out your self care kit, and line up all your favorite products.

Scrub your body and your face, wash your hair if needed, shave anything you want, and put your comfy clothes on when you get out. If you want to use a hair or face mask, now would be a great time to do that too! I love this hair mask and this face mask.
After my shower I make a nutritious breakfast, such as oatmeal, vegan pancakes or tofu scramble.
Then I wash my face mask on, and apply self tanner. Finally, you can do your nails, for example with this gel nail set.
Part 2 of your self care day:
Mental health
Then we get to the mental health part of self care Sunday. While it is important to take care of your body, it is at least as important to take care of your mind. I believe you cannot be a truly healthy person if you don’t take care of your mental health.

Another thing to try to do is a weekly reset. The idea of a weekly reset is to go through the past week, see if you have anything left that still needs to be done, the
What is coming up, what do you need to pay attention to? Do you have any events, goals or tasks coming up? Schedule your priorities so you won’t forget about them.
Part 3 of your self care day:
surroundings
A clear home is a clear mind, so take some time to clean up. Put all the clutter away and vacuum your space. Do any other cleaning you want to make sure your house feels fresh and new. Afterwards, light a candle, incense or turn on your oil diffuser for some extra relaxing scents.
Late afternoon is time to do some food prep. Preparing your food for the week, or at least the next few days, ensures that you eat healthier during the week and are less likely to grab junky food when you’re low on time. You can make more conscious choices to feel better all week.

Finally, I see if there is anything else I want to do in preparation for the next day or week. If necessary, I take care of those things first. Then I wash my self-tan off and take some time to relax before bed.
